A couple of weeks ago, Wesley was running around at church and he got really hot. When he got in the car to go home, the sweat was pouring off of him in the back seat.
Wesley: You’ve really got to give me some air back here.
Me: Okay, baby. I’m working on it.
Wesley: Because right now I’m getting sweater.
I’m guessing he meant sweatier, but I actually like sweater more. It could be used like better. It could be used the opposite as he did, that you’re getting cold and you need an actual sweater. It could mean that you are sweating profusely. Anyway you use it, besides it normal use as an article of clothing, “sweater” is my new favorite word.
